The problem

When something goes wrong, phones die, networks jam and kids forget numbers. Ready.gov and the Red Cross both say to carry written contact and meeting info.

But most free templates don't fit inside a phone case, so the plan ends up in a drawer instead of with your family.

Keep your family safe

One wallet-thin 2.5 x 3.6 in fold-over card per person, sized to lie flat inside the phone case, below the camera. It fits 95% of the current phones we checked. Print one for everyone. Download once and print unlimited times for your whole family.

Less effort, less time

  • Print tonight. Print one-sided at 100% on cardstock or plain paper.
  • Straight cuts. Cut lines run the full sheet; a paper trimmer gives clean edges.
  • One fold. Fold on the red FOLD line and both sides end up back to back.
  • No laminator needed. A plain card slips right into the case.
  • One design for everyone. Kids included: a grown-up fills in a child's card.
  • Already written. Safety steps follow Ready.gov (FEMA) and American Red Cross guidance.

FAQ

Will it fit my phone case?

The card is 2.5 x 3.6 in and fits flat below the camera on 38 of 40 current phones we checked (95%), including Galaxy S23–S25 and iPhone 15–17 Pro. On an iPhone 13 mini or SE, trim the white border off the long sides (to about 2.35 in wide).

What do I get?

Fillable PDF: type on a computer, or print and write by hand. A 2-page US Letter PDF: a card sheet with 3 cards per sheet, and a one-page guide with safety tips. Download once and print unlimited times for your whole family.

Is there a separate kids' card?

No. One design works for everyone, kids included: a grown-up fills in a child's card.

What paper should I use?

White cardstock (65–80 lb) or plain paper. Test on plain paper first, and turn off "Fit to page".

Do I need to laminate it?

No, laminating is optional. Thick pouches (5 mil+) may not fit thin cases.

Does it affect wireless charging?

A thin card is usually fine; remove it if charging slows.

I have a clear case. What about privacy?

Face the Contacts side toward the phone.
