The problem

Your child spends their day with teachers, coaches, bus drivers and sitters. Every one of them needs to know the allergens, how serious a reaction can be, where the epinephrine is kept, and who to call.

That information usually sits in a form in an office, not with your child, where a substitute teacher or a new coach can see it at a glance.

The solution

A wallet-thin 2.5 x 3.6 in fold-over card per child. The front says Allergy Alert with their name, an optional photo, their allergens and where their epinephrine is kept. The back says If I Have A Reaction, with calm, clear steps and parent and doctor phone numbers.

Clip it to a backpack as a tag, or slip it into a phone case, and share copies with everyone who looks after your child. Download once and print unlimited times for every child, backpack, and caregiver. 3 cards per printed sheet.
